Important Update: Homeless Prevention Rent Assistance (HPRA)

Family Support Center’s Homeless Prevention Rent Assistance (HPRA) program provides limited, prioritized rent assistance for households facing eviction. Due to limited funding, not all eligible households can be served. Currently, priority is given to households with active evictions, eviction summons, or court-ordered payment plans referred by Northwest Justice Project and Sound Legal Aid.

Program Overview:

HPRA supports households at risk of eviction and homelessness. Assistance is not guaranteed and depends on funding availability and program capacity. Tenants accepted into the program are required to participate in housing stability planning with a case manager
